   I have just started doing this. I have emailed Mt Olive and received $1.00 off coupon in the mail. In addition, I received 3 coupons for $.50 off Welch’s products. 2 Zatarain’s I think for $.50 off each.

   Also, 2 $1.00 off coupons for Arnold’s bread.

   I emailed Yoplait about a month ago and got a response about how I should be on the lookout for online promotions and coupons in my sunday paper. Hope you have better luck!
